🍰 “Diversity isn’t the cherry on top. It’s the whole damn cake.” — as perfectly baked by Dan Bjorke in yesterday’s speech. And that energy carried us through Oslo Pride Business Forum 2025: Bold talks, tough truths, and a whole lot of heart. 🌈 What a day! Together, we unpacked The Fear of DEI — and why inclusion still meets resistance in 2025. The answer? Because it challenges comfort. And let’s be honest: comfort never changed the world. We’re living in a time where conversations about equity and inclusion are often met with skepticism — where terms like woke are misunderstood, and diversity efforts questioned. But if you were in the room yesterday, you felt something else: ✨ Joy. ✊ Determination. 🏳️‍🌈 Conviction. DEI isn’t going away. It’s evolving. It’s getting bolder. And smarter. Huge thanks to the stars of the day: 🎤 Brita Møystad Engseth, for hosting with fire and flair 🧭 Kimiya Sajjadi & Sindre Ræder, for guiding the conversations with care 📚 Dr. Poornima Luthra (She/ Her), for showing us that friction = progress 👑 @Salty, who quite literally raised the roof and reminded us that joy is part of the resistance. 👏 And to all our speakers, panelists and participants — thank you for showing up with both brains and heart. You are shaping the future of work — not just with policy, but with presence. So, is DEI still worth it? No question. It builds stronger teams, sharper thinking, bolder leadership — and a more just society.  And yes — we’re here to make sure everyone gets a slice. See you next year! #OsloPride #OsloPrideBusinessForum #DEI #Inclusion #Pride2025 #TheWholeDamnCake 📷 @oleklamas
