Today, we announced a decrease in the Domestic Stability Buffer from 3.5% to 3.0%. We also reduced the range of the buffer from 0%–4% to 0%–3%. As Canada's economy adapts to changing conditions, these measures will give Canada’s largest 6 #banks more flexibility to use their extra capital to support households and businesses.
