Meet Edna Ran, Production Manager at Tivall in the Osem-Nestlé Group. Edna joined the Osem-Nestlé Group about 3.5 years ago as a Packaging Engineer in the Frozen Foods plants and the Coffee Division. From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn and grow beyond her familiar field. After about three years, she was promoted to the role of Production Manager at Tivall. In her current role, Edna leads a complex production operation, managing people and production lines while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency processes every day. For her, the real challenge lies in connecting people, processes, and technology — and creating collaboration around one clear shared goal. According to Edna, the biggest professional leap comes from the ability to engage people, believe in them, and empower them to lead continuous improvement together.
