Strong democratic institutions are built by people willing to learn from one another. This week in Warsaw, ODIHR welcomed members of the Political Party Peer Network and partner organizations from across the OSCE region and beyond for the Network's annual conference. The Network brings together practitioners who work directly with political parties in different national contexts. While their challenges may differ, many of the questions they face are shared: how to strengthen public trust, improve transparency, broaden participation and support democratic institutions. Over two days, participants exchanged experiences and lessons learned on political party finance, meaningful youth participation and future priorities for co-operation. As 2026 Chair of the Political Party Peer Network, ODIHR is proud to support this community of practitioners and provide a space where ideas, experiences and practical solutions can be shared across borders. šø Quentin Rumeau
