After 1,139 days since the first soil was turned, we have officially completed the residential component of Oscars Group’s Shell Cove development. On Friday, we proudly welcomed the first residents of Benetti Apartments at Shell Cove Marina.   Over the coming weeks, we will continue to welcome more residents into the luxury waterfront apartments, a milestone that will boost activity in the area and arrive just in time for Christmas and the New Year.   The next stage of the project is the commissioning of Crowne Plaza Shell Cove Marina, which will set a new benchmark for accommodation in the region.
