I have the feeling that 2026 is gonna be a good year… 🎵🤟😄 💪 Looking back at 2025, it has been a year of learning, growth and significant milestones. Professionally, it has been an honor to continue developing the #AccessOxygen program (Air Liquide social initiative) in Africa. Today, I am incredibly proud to share that since launching this initiative in 2017, we have succeeded in providing access to medical oxygen to more than 3 million people. 🤝 We have also been working hard behind the scenes, signing new agreements and partnerships for new projects in new and existing countries that will be announced very soon - stay tuned! Within an often very complex ecosystem, we have successfully consolidated the #AccessOxygen brand and amplified the visibility of this initiative, ensuring we stay close to those who need us most. 😊 On a personal level, this year has had its share of ups and downs. While the mentors and colleagues who have shaped my path in previous years continue to be a constant force and a vital part of my daily life, in 2025 I also found renewed inspiration in new places and from different people, such as: At Air Liquide : Mehdi Hireche, Philippe Merino, and Alberic de Mareschal, for their visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to driving sustainable transformation across the Group, and Fatima Tighlaline and Fabienne Mignonac-Crave (She/Her), for their inspiring focus on our most valuable asset: our people. Outside Air Liquide: Sue Hoosain (Unjani Clinics), for her tireless passion and brilliance in bringing healthcare to the heart of South African communities, Sacha Aellen (Acted), for his remarkable ability to develop humanitarian projects in the world’s most vulnerable regions, showing incredible courage and resilience regardless of the risks, Diego Parrilla (Quadriga Asset Managers), whose impressive career is a constant reminder that the only limits in our life are those we impose on ourselves, and Angélica Falagán (Women in Retail (WiR)), a highly proactive, enthusiastic, and creative professional whose perfectionism and energy have been truly motivating. 💫 I’m a firm believer that success is a state of mind. While we can't predict everything - time will tell, and we will certainly adapt - we can choose the energy we bring to the table. This is why, I am stepping into 2026 with incredible vibrations and a deep sense of optimism.. 1️⃣ .. because I have a family and loyal friends who support me and keep me grounded; 2️⃣ .. because I am surrounded by the best teammates anyone could ask for; 3️⃣ .. because I work for a responsible, market-leading company that truly makes a difference. ☀️🌊🏃‍♂️ I’m writing this from one of my favorite hideaway here in France, close to the sun and the sea, taking advantage of these final days of 2025 to recharge, reflect and do sports. 🎄 Wishing you all a peaceful end to the year and all the best for 2026. Let’s make it count! 🙏
