❗️Some walls aren't made of rock❗️ 👉🏽Luca Montanari knows that better than most. As a mountain guide and mental coach for the Italian national paraclimbing team, his job isn't just getting athletes up the rock – it's getting them past the doubt in their own heads. He learned this the hard way: a fall right before his mountain guide exam left his body healed but his confidence broken. He climbed back through it not by training harder, but by learning to listen to himself. 💯Today he passes that on – to climbers making their first moves from a wheelchair, to athletes climbing without sight.
