As more people return to golf, we’re seeing a familiar pattern: injuries driven less by one incident and more by repeated strain over time. Golf places ongoing load on the hips, knees and lower back, particularly when mobility is limited and preparation is minimal. In many cases, it’s the cumulative effect of tightness and ignored discomfort that leads to injury.
