Last week, Essen was the place to be for all things energy⚡ E-world in Essen, Germany, is the single most important energy trade fair in Europe – and it shows. Around 50 of our great colleagues attended the fair to meet suppliers, customers, and counterparts and to exchange insights and experiences. For our colleague Niek den Hollander, Head of Global Trading & Revenue, one topic stood out: the need for flexibility in energy markets. That puts even greater focus on energy storage – and on the trading and origination opportunities batteries can create. And what better place to discuss these topics than among peers from all corners of the world? 🌍
