During its 30 years of OECD membership, Korea has made significant advances in promoting people’s #wellbeing. Today people live longer, are safer, and are more educated than in most OECD countries. As we celebrate this milestone, our new report assesses Korea’s progress over the years through the lens of the OECD Well‑being Framework, and looks ahead, identifying three interconnected opportunities to further strengthen inclusive and sustainable well-being in Korea, including: ➡️ supporting young Koreans’ transition from education to economic independence ➡️ promoting good mental health and social connectedness across the life course ➡️ addressing the social and structural barriers that continue to limit gender equality Discover more insights from the report: https://brnw.ch/21x1NAC
