There’s something special about bringing our global team together in one place. So, what happens when 100 passionate Orfit colleagues from around the world meet in Belgium? We tried out our own products hands-on, dove into our 2030 strategy outlook, in‑depth discussions and brainstorms, we visited new developments in our factory, … and yes, we also celebrated the end of an intense and energizing three days. Here are a few reflections from colleagues who joined us: 💬 “It was nice to be able to connect and interact with so many people from different departments.”  💬 “I really appreciated the transparency of the presentations. It’s important to also mention the challenges.”  💬 “As always, a lot of information was shared, making sure we are all aligned in the bigger story.” Thank you to everyone who presented, who organized a workshop, who explained production processes.
