As open educational resources #OER continue to transform higher education, Oregon State University is helping to define what “quality” looks like in open textbooks. OSU’s Open Educational Resources Unit led the development of A Guide to Open Textbook Essential and Exemplary Features — a free, global resource created in collaboration with the Open Education Network.
