A safe workplace is built through awareness, respect, and the willingness to have important conversations openly. Our recent POSH Training Session created space to learn, reflect, and better understand the responsibility we all share in building a workplace where everyone feels safe, heard, and respected. Through interactive discussions and real-world scenarios, the session encouraged meaningful dialogue around professional boundaries, workplace conduct, and creating an inclusive culture for all.
