The best candidate I interviewed this week didn't meet 100% of the job requirements. On paper, they lacked two years of experience in person, they brought three things you cannot teach. Curiosity: They asked deep questions about our scaling challenges. Agility: They explained how they teach themselves new skills fast. Humor: They kept the energy light and collaborative.We can train people on tools. We cannot train people on attitude. Stop looking for the "perfect resume." Look for the right human.
