Four local high school students are spending part of their summer at OCDE, gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments while exploring career pathways and building professional skills. Andrea Rivas, Justin Nguyen and Dominic Pham are participating through Orange County United Way’s Youth Career Connections Summer Workplace Mentorship Program. Sailee Charlu joins the team through a separate internship opportunity. Together, they will spend the next several weeks learning from staff, developing workplace skills and gaining exposure to careers in education and public service.
