Meet the people behind the scenes in the OPW State Event Management Unit who are leading on the logistics and operations for Ireland’s Presidency of the EU. So far, the team has successfully delivered the opening ceremony in Dublin Castle, the meeting of the College of Commissioners at UCC in Cork, and the first informal meeting of EU Ministers for Employment and Social Affairs in Ballina. These are the first of approximately 270 events taking place across the country over the next six months.
