Over 70 Optus employees from around the country marched up Sydney’s Oxford Street in the annual Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade. Our float’s floral theme, “Pride Blooms From Yes”, set out to celebrate every bloom and every season of growth on people’s journey to becoming their true selves.   We’re incredibly proud of our marchers for supporting our people and the broader LGBTQIA+ community. We know when people feel safe to express who they are, creativity flourishes, innovation thrives and connection deepens.
