This year at Optus, we celebrated International Women’s Day by embracing the theme Balance the Scales, a reminder that progress is shaped not only by big moments, but by the small, everyday actions we each choose to take.​ ​ Our event brought together an incredible group of leaders who shared their stories of support, challenge, and the subtle biases that shape workplace experiences. Their honesty sparked important conversations about how we can all play a part in creating a more balanced environment.​ ​ Alongside the keynote and panel, we held mentoring sessions across the country, creating space for real conversations and practical guidance with senior leaders.
