Supporting Customers Impacted by the Situation in the Middle East We know many of our customers are being affected by the current situation in the Middle East, including those trying to stay connected with family, friends and colleagues. Our goal is to make it easier for you to reach the people who matter most. To support customers during this time, we are introducing the following measures: The cost of calls, SMS and roaming usage for eligible Optus Postpaid mobile customers to and within selected countries in the Middle East will be credited back to you. These measures apply from 28 February 2026 and will remain in place as we continue to monitor developments. For Optus Prepaid Mobile customers, calls to selected countries will be made free without needing an add-on. This will apply from 3 March 2026 until further notice.
