We’re Urgently Hiring: #ITSupport (Part-Time) - Singapore based only Looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Part-Time IT Support! What you’ll do: 🖥️ Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and system issues 🔧 Troubleshoot PC crashes, application failures, and VoIP/softphone issues (e.g. Zoiper) 💻 Install, configure, and maintain computers and office IT equipment 🌐 Assist users with network connectivity, email, and basic system access ⏱️ Respond to support requests within SLA timelines 📄 Escalate complex issues and maintain basic IT documentation What we’re looking for: ✔️ Background in IT or a related field ✔️ Knowledge of Windows OS and PC troubleshooting ✔️ VoIP/softphone experience is a plus ✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills 📍 Position: Part-Time 📩 Interested?
