We are pleased to welcome Heidi Woolf as a member of the Optik Industry Advisory Board. Heidi brings over two decades of experience delivering enterprise transformation across higher education, public sector, financial services, and not-for-profit. Her career spans professional services and client-side leadership, from hands-on delivery of people and finance systems through to practice leadership, systems thinking, change management, and enterprise transformation. With a background in commerce, law, computer programming, and systems analysis, Heidi has built a career translating complex challenges into clear solutions, structured roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. What stands out even more is her commitment to mentoring emerging professionals. Throughout her career, mentoring has been a constant thread, and she believes early, structured mentoring is one of the highest-leverage investments industry can make to support the next generation. That spirit sits right at the heart of Optik. Optik is not just about creating impactful internships. It is about creating the spaces for interns to grow into capable, confident, and industry-ready engineering and business leaders.
