Obu stronom zależy przecież na tym samym - chcemy sprawdzić, czy do siebie pasujemy. Żeby jednak spotkanie przebiegło bez niepotrzebnego stresu, warto zadbać o kilka elementów: 📶 Dobre połączenie z internetem 🤫 Ciche miejsce - kawiarnia czy głośna ulica to rzadko dobre tło do rozmowy o karierze. 🤳 Telefon w ręce? Zdecydowanie odradzamy! Trzęsący się obraz rozprasza i Ciebie, i rekrutera. Jeśli musisz rozmawiać przez telefon, oprzyj go stabilnie na biurku. Podczas rozmowy chcemy dowiedzieć się, czy dane stanowisko spełnia Twoje oczekiwania i warunki, a Twoje umiejętności odpowiadają naszym wymaganiom. A jaki jest Wasz „techniczny” grzeszek podczas spotkań online? Zdarzyło Wam się rozmawiać w nietypowym miejscu? 😉👇 ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Part 2 of our series on job interviews is finally here! 🎬 We often forget that recruitment is simply about partnership and a business conversation. After all, both sides want the same thing - we want to find out if we are a good match for each other. However, to make sure the meeting goes smoothly and without unnecessary stress, it's worth taking care of a few details: 📶 A good internet connection 🤫 A quiet place - a coffee shop or a noisy street is rarely a good backdrop for a conversation about your career. 🤳 Holding your phone in your hand? We strongly advise against it! A shaky video is distracting for both you and the recruiter. If you have to use your phone, make sure to prop it up stably on your desk. During the interview, we want to learn whether the position meets your expectations and terms, and if your skills match our requirements. What is your biggest "technical" sin during online meetings?
