🌟 Spotlight on Anne Henrottin: Challenges Women Face in Tech! What are the biggest challenges for women in tech, and how can we address them? Anne Henrottin, Innovation Project Manager at LASEA, shares her perspective.  🚀 Proving Expertise  "In tech, it’s not easy to make your mark as a young woman," Anne explains. Even after 11 years, she often finds herself needing to prove her skills in meetings. “I take it as a challenge: how to quickly convince others of my skills.”  🌐 Changing Mindsets  Anne sees positive shifts in mindset, especially with the younger generation, but notes there’s still work to be done to fully recognize women’s contributions in photonics.  🏆 Recognition Matters  Initiatives like Photonics 100, where Anne was honored as one of the 100 most innovative people, amplify women’s voices, giving her and others a platform at conferences and in articles.  📊 Leadership Barriers  Reaching leadership positions is another hurdle. Few companies in the field have achieved parity at the management level. While some companies are working toward this, it remains an area where further progress is needed.  🧐 Curious about Anne’s full interview?  Read all of her inspiring answers to our questions!
