The OpenID Foundation has launched the new Digital Credentials Harmonized Presentation Working Group (DCHP WG). The DCHP WG supports a joint initiative between experts of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC17 WG10 and WG4 and the OpenID Foundation's Digital Credentials Protocols Working Group to harmonize credential presentation protocols. It will develop a harmonized Digital Credentials Request Protocol bringing together ISO/IEC 18013-7 and OpenID for Verifiable Presentations, supporting both the mdoc and SD-JWT VC credential formats.
