What an incredible Brussels Pride 2026! On May 16th, Open@Work proudly took part in Brussels Pride and what a day it was! We had a fantastic time celebrating diversity, inclusion, and the power of being ourselves at work and beyond. As a network committed to advancing LGBTQI+ inclusion in the workplace, moments like these matter even more. They remind us why we keep working every day to create safe, inclusive, and empowering work environments across Belgium. A huge thank you goes to everyone who made this possible. Our amazing build-up team for the truck: Rafael Alves (He/his/him), Christophe De Mey, Jan De Paepe, Adrien Marchitelli, Anne Mingot, Nicolo` Sgreva, Denis Storme, Freddy Van Eeckhout & Sven Vandyck (he/him/his). Our dedicated contact persons from participating member organisations: Ara Cabeza LLata, Elke D'hanis, Dominique Da Boit, Wannes D., Robbie De Sutter, Maud Destree, Dimitri Sifakis, Daniel Kryszkiewiez, Marchitelli Adrien, Caroline Mornie, Dennis Nolf, Glenn Peeters, Pierre Pien, Ludovico Ruga, Jessica Ava Van Dessel & Yang Yang, PhD. And of course, a very special shout-out to our board member and incredible DJ Kathleen M. (Kat) Van Nuffel, who kept us moving all along the route with great music! Together, we showed once again that inclusion is not just a value, it’s something we live, promote, and build together in our workplaces. Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and helped make this Pride unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to the next one! #BrusselsPride #Inclusion #Diversity #visibility #equity #equality #workplace #safespace #empowered #support #allies #becauseitstherightthingtodo #strongertogheter #nopinkwashinghere
