Open Dreams is proud to partner with Liu Shiming Art Foundation to offer three Liu Shiming Art Scholarships ($3,000 each) for the 2025/2026 school year. We are looking for dedicated students majoring in 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀, 𝗦𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺, 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰, 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀.
