It is with great pride that we celebrate Albright Apiaptse Njapah as the 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝘿𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙨 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝. As a Mastercard Foundation Scholar at the American University of Beirut, Albright continues to embody leadership, service, and purpose both in Lebanon and back home in Cameroon. Her journey with us began in 2022, and since then, she has contributed to multiple community initiatives across education, mentorship, and technology. Albright has actively supported programs and events organized by:  • Open Dreams Educational NGO Bamenda  • Nervtek Education  • Youth Empowerment Cameroon  • Smiles Africa Charity Organization Mentorship Summit  • Young And EmpowerED  • ETC From facilitation to logistics, design, student mentorship, and outreach, she has consistently shown up with commitment and heart. Her shift into Data Science was strengthened through the 𝙂𝙤𝙂𝙞𝙧𝙡 𝘿𝙖𝙩𝙖 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 by Skye8 and the YEKOV FOUNDATION, where she learned Python and advanced analytics skills. She later co-founded UrEvo-Your Evolution, an initiative launched at the Open Dreams Center Bamenda to help young Africans navigate global opportunities—now reaching thousands of learners online. At AUB, Albright remains active through:  • The African Students Club  • MINDS Network  • STEM and community development volunteering  • ETC Her story is a reminder that impact does not begin with perfect conditions—only with the courage to start and the consistency to keep going.
