At Onsite, our people are at the heart of everything we do - and this month we're celebrating two incredible career milestones. A huge congratulations to Michael Cant, Branch Manager Newcastle, on 10 years with Onsite, and Sam Sullivan, Contract Coordinator Brisbane, on 15 years with the business. Michael started at the Newcastle Branch as Assistant Manager in 2016 and says the people around him have made the journey rewarding. "Our branch team, as well as the other team members outside our branch that I deal with daily, make my days enjoyable," he says. "They're a brilliant bunch of people, and watching them achieve and evolve over the years makes me very happy. Onsite is a great business to work for; it has been good to me over the years, with plenty of help and support in that time." For Sammie Jo, her Onsite journey began after working alongside the business in the transport industry before joining as a Rental Sales Coordinator. "Reaching this milestone has given me a moment to reflect on how far we've come as a team and how much I've learned along the way," she says. "I'm proud to be part of Onsite's journey and look forward to contributing to its future success. I'd also like to say a big thank you to all the people who have supported and encouraged me along the way. I've had the privilege of working with many individuals I look up to as mentors and leaders. Their guidance has played a huge part in shaping my journey so far."
