🔥 Produktionsstopp abgewendet – onoff sichert Keksproduktion 🍪 Kurz vor einem wichtigen Produktionszeitraum eines bekannten Keksherstellers erreichte uns eine dringende Nachricht: Ein Schaltschrank, der die Produktionslinie direkt steuerte, hatte Feuer gefangen und die gesamte Produktion stand still. Ein Ausweichen auf andere Linien war nicht möglich. Unsere Expert:innen reagierten sofort. Vor Ort wurde die Situation analysiert, ein Reparaturplan erstellt und alle benötigten Bauteile eilig beschafft. Innerhalb weniger Tage waren die defekten Komponenten instandgesetzt, und die Produktionslinie lief wieder störungsfrei. Die Keksproduktion konnte somit rechtzeitig weitergehen – ein Worst-Case-Szenario wurde verhindert. Parallel entwickelte onoff ein Konzept für einen neuen Schaltschrank mit integrierter automatischer Löschanlage von JOB Group. Damit ist die Anlage künftig noch besser geschützt: Ein entstehender Brand im Inneren wird somit frühzeitig erkannt und gemeldet, der Brand automatisch gelöscht und der Schrank sicher abgeschaltet. Der Kekshersteller zeigte sich sehr zufrieden mit der schnellen, professionellen Umsetzung. Es ist denkbar, dass onoff künftig auch die Wartung sämtlicher Schaltschränke im Werk übernimmt – für noch reibungslosere Abläufe und maximale Sicherheit. ____________________________________________________ 🔥 Production downtime averted – onoff secures cookie production 🍪 Just before an important production period at a well-known cookie manufacturer, we received an urgent message: A control cabinet directly powering the production line had caught fire, bringing the entire line to a standstill. Switching to other lines was not possible. Our experts reacted immediately. On site, the situation was analyzed, a repair plan was developed, and all necessary spare parts were procured in record time. Within just a few days, the defective components were repaired, and the production line was running smoothly again. Cookie production was able to continue on schedule – a worst-case scenario was prevented. In parallel, onoff developed a concept for a new control cabinet with an integrated automatic extinguishing system from Job GmbH. This will ensure even greater protection in the future: any fire inside the cabinet would be detected and reported at an early stage, automatically extinguished, and the cabinet safely shut down. The cookie manufacturer was highly satisfied with the fast and professional execution. It is likely that onoff will also take over the future maintenance of all control cabinets at the plant – ensuring even smoother operations and maximum safety.
