When a customer lets us know their delivery arrived damaged, we get it sorted - no drama 🙌 A replacement, a solution, whatever’s needed. But we’ll usually ask for a few photos too - not to prove anything, just so we can see what happened and try to stop it happening again. But then the photos arrive… and it’s absolute carnage. The box looks like it went five rounds with a forklift, lost a fight with a conveyor belt, and finished its journey clinging to life in the back of a van held together by sheer will and one sad strip of tape. 📦💀 When we see those pics, our brains short-circuit and our imagination goes rogue as we try to work out what on earth happened. Firstly, a shout out to the courier crews - we know 95% of the time it all goes smoothly.
