Equinor has successfully brought the Eirin field on stream, with gas now being exported to Europe via the Gina Krog and Sleipner A platform.​ From concept selection to first production, the project moved at an impressive pace, with drilling activities completed within 22 months of DG1 and manifold loadout achieved just 23 months after contract award.​ This project demonstrates how marginal field developments can move faster when teams align early, standardize and simplify where possible.​ In close collaboration with Equinor, OneSubsea delivered the full production system and umbilical as part of the subsea tie-back development, leveraging existing infrastructure and a lean execution approach built around short project maturation sprints and close cross-functional collaboration.​ Delivering on this timeline required a significant effort across many teams and disciplines, working closely together across all execution phases.​ A strong achievement by the Equinor and OneSubsea teams who contributed throughout the project.​ #Eirin #Subsea #Collaboration
