When Julie Coleman walks into the classroom at OneSchool Global’s Mount Victoria (NSW) campus each morning, she brings a quiet steadiness that makes students instantly feel safe, seen and ready to learn. As a humble person motivated more by student success than taking home trophies, Julie was surprised to be recognised at the 2025 The Teachers' Guild of NSW Awards. But when you look take a closer look at her outstanding 20-year career at OSG, it’s easy to see why she was celebrated as one of the state’s top teachers.
