Every day, our retail teams show up to help customers, solve problems and create great experiences. But for many frontline workers, that also means dealing with aggression, abuse and behaviour that no one should have to accept as "part of the job".   That’s why we’ve signed on as one of Respect NZ’s foundation corporate partners, a new national initiative working to restore everyday courtesy and respect across Aotearoa. Because small behaviours matter, and everyone deserves to feel safe and respected at work.   To illustrate what it’s like on the frontline, Lena Kelley, manager of our Masterton store, shares her candid experience – from moments that are genuinely frightening to the resilience and humour that help teams get through them.
