Niels Henrik David Bohr, a Nobel Prize Winner in Physics made noteworthy contributions through his theories on atomic structure and quantum physics. Bohr was famously known for setting off explosions in his University’s lab and breaking record amounts of glass! One of his biggest contributions, that of an ‘atom’, isn’t that big in the literal sense – it is invisible to the naked eye, yet it helped shape the foundation of the field of #Science.
