As Sr. Benefits and Wellness Administrator, she focuses on understanding the needs of associates across every generation, knowing that what someone in their 20s needs from their benefits may look very different from someone in their 30s or 40s. That mindset has helped bring meaningful programs to life at OneAZ, from HSA offerings and wellness initiatives to expanded benefits for part time associates, PTO improvements, and gym reimbursement.
