š§ ššš¬ššš«šš” ššš¬š¬š¢šØš§ šš šššš Last week, the ššš ššØš§š§ššš ššššš” visited the TUM CAMP Chair (Computer Aided Medical Procedures at TUM). We started with a first-hand account from our alumni Maximilian Fehrentz, who is currently doing his PhD at CAMP - sharing what brought him to research and the work he is currently doing. Prof. Nassir Navab then walked us through his academic journey and the work being done at CAMP, including his personal path from Iran to Munich. We then had an opportunity to hear from three members of the chair: Yue Zhou on her work in medical image analysis, robotic ultrasound, and anomaly detection Benjamin Killeen on AI- and robot-assisted healthcare, with a focus on simulation-based intelligent assistance systems. Dr. Christian Heiliger on the future of hospitals from a clinical perspective āØšš”šš§š¤š¬ ššØ ššÆšš«š²šØš§š šš šššš for the warm welcome and open discussions, and to our participants for their curiosity and great questions!
