𝑶𝒏𝒆𝑨𝑰𝑴 𝑾𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕 2025 — celebrating the conclusion of 𝘈𝘐𝘔 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵 & 𝘈𝘐𝘔 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦. This year’s OneAIM Winter Summit marked the end of our AIM Connect and AIM Innovate batch programs, bringing together months of interdisciplinary work, learning, and collaboration. We had the pleasure of welcoming Oliver R. Dolny (Strategy&), who opened the Summit with insights from strategy&’s latest study: “𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉 𝒕𝒐 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉: 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝑰𝑭𝑬𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝑬𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎.” His talk set the stage for exploring how healthcare innovation is shifting beyond traditional MedTech toward more holistic, user-centered WellTech solutions. Building on this perspective, our participants translated theory into practice during a WellTech-focused Makeathon, developing and refining their own ideas before presenting them on stage at the Summit. The resulting concepts reflected the breadth of challenges in healthcare - ranging from at-home fertility and diagnostic applications, to sensor-based tools, and digital support platforms addressing mental health and wellbeing. The Summit was a moment to reflect on what was built, shared, and learned - and to celebrate the commitment and creativity of everyone involved. Special thanks to Oliver R.
