Interesting question. Why do some conferences leave people energised, while others leave attendees checking emails halfway through the first session? It often has very little to do with the speaker. Research around attention spans consistently shows that people engage better when information is broken up, interaction is encouraged and experiences feel participative rather than passive. Yet many corporate events still rely on hours of uninterrupted presentations. The reality is that today's audiences, particularly within the tech space, are accustomed to interactive environments: • Real-time feedback • Live polling • Q&A platforms • Networking opportunities • Collaborative discussions • On-demand information People no longer want to simply attend an event, they want to participate in it. As attendee expectations continue to evolve, perhaps the question is no longer, how much content can we fit into the programme but rather. How do we create an experience people genuinely want to be part of? #CorporateEvents #EventExperience #TechIndustry #Innovation #BusinessEvents #Leadership #CustomerExperience
