Last week, Ondal had the privilege of supporting the Mid-Atlantic Severe Situation Exercise (MASSE), where first responders, law enforcement, military personnel, and healthcare professionals train together to prepare for the kinds of emergencies most people hope never happen. During the exercise, Ondal’s NuCart provided mobile surgical lighting to support hands-on trauma training, including tracheotomy procedures, critical patient infusion techniques, and proper tourniquet application in realistic emergency scenarios. These teams are preparing to support several major events taking place in and around Philadelphia this summer, including the FIFA World Cup, the MLB All-Star Game, and America’s 250th Independence Day celebration.
