Full episode link in bio! Frank “Wrath” McGrath is a retired Canadian IFBB pro bodybuilder from St. John’s, Newfoundlan, born August 9, 1978. From humble beginnings training at 14 in his parents basement, won the 2000 Newfoundland Championships, and earned his pro card in 2003 with the CBBF Canadian superheavyweight and overall title. Ultimately competing on the biggest Stage at the Olympia. Off the podium, Wrath became one of bodybuilding’s most recognizable faces as the longtime ambassador for Universal Nutrition’s ANIMAL brand. Frank has overcome incredible set backs such as a car accident that collapsed his lung, removal of his spleen and being hospitalized for 31 days losing 80 pounds. Frank made one of the most notable comebacks and stepped on the Olympia stage when no one thought it was possible. In retirment Frank had kidney failure, is on dialysis and awaiting a transplant. Frank has admirably continued to train and publicly share his story publicly on a mission to inspire others. Frank has arguably the most famous and recognized bodybuilding photos and videos of all time.
