Last week, Jordyn completed her week of work experience at OMSB's Beadon Creek Marine Base, getting a firsthand look at how a working marine base supports offshore operations in the Pilbara. The week kicked off with site inductions, safety familiarisation and a full site orientation, a solid foundation for understanding how we operate. From there, she spent time across vessel support, logistics, plant and equipment operations, and offshore technology, working alongside the team to see how it all fits together. For many young people, it's hard to picture the range of careers available in maritime, logistics and offshore until they see them in action.
