We're building a smarter, more scalable logistics network: using technology and self-service solutions to improve the customer experience without adding complexity. One recent example: customers can now pay for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) shipments directly in the Omniva app before picking up their parcel. 📱📦 This means COD parcels can now be delivered to parcel lockers without payment terminals, including community lockers. A simple update has made parcel collection more convenient for customers while expanding the delivery options available across our network. Sometimes innovation isn't about adding more infrastructure, but about making better use of what you already have. 💡
