Sometimes innovation is not about adding more, but about using what already exists in smarter ways. 💡 Together with Heveren, we have launched a new pilot that offers a lower delivery price in exchange for a shorter parcel locker storage period. Customers can get delivery for just €0.99 by collecting their parcel within two hours of receiving the delivery notification. If they need more time, they can keep it in the parcel locker for an additional storage fee of up to €1 per day. 📦 As our CCO Sven Kukemelk explains, "Our assumption is that this offer would appeal to customers who can collect their parcels quickly and for whom price is a more important factor than storage duration." This pilot is a good example of what we mean by being lean on assets and heavy on intelligence: using existing parcel locker infrastructure in smarter ways and learning from customer behaviour to develop new delivery models. 🚚 The insights from this pilot will help us better understand how customers balance price, convenience, and choice, helping shape the next generation of delivery solutions across the Baltics.
