What do a parcel machine and clarinet music have in common? Our colleague Kristaps! 🙌 During his 5.5 years at Omniva, he has grown from a Courier to a Parcel Machine Network Specialist, moving from daily routes to working with processes across the Baltics. “Previously, I hadn’t really thought about many situations, but now I’m often surprised by how, through teamwork across multiple countries, we manage to reach a unified solution that works smoothly regardless of the country,” he shares about his growth. 🧑‍💻 Today, Kristaps focuses on planning and improving processes and values an environment where colleagues solve challenges together. After work, he switches off by both playing and listening to music, and enjoys exploring tech and traveling across Europe by car.
