At Omniva, we recently wrapped up our “Teams Go to Teams” project, bringing frontline colleagues working in sorting and delivery into one shared communication space. 💬 What made the biggest difference was not the tool itself, but the people behind it. Around 100 colleagues took on the role of Navigators, supporting their teams, answering questions, and helping others get used to new ways of working. It became a very practical example of how internal ambassadors can make change easier and more human. 👥 Navigators rated the program 4.7 out of 5 and highlighted that it helped teams work more closely together and made everyday work more engaging. We are proud of our colleagues who took on this role and supported their teams along the way! 🙌
