Martin Joyce trained and performed with The Royal Ballet. From there, he moved into television and film, working as an Executive Producer with Netflix, Miramax, Channel 4 and ITV. He ran his own events business, producing large-scale work at the British Museum, Tate Modern and beyond for clients including the BBC, Jaguar Land Rover and Estée Lauder. He now leads Events and Event Operations at dentsu UK & Ireland. What ties all of that together is how he thinks about complexity. He approaches operational delivery the way he once approached choreography, mapping dependencies, sequencing moving parts, finding the line through it. At dentsu, that thinking became the foundation for automation-led ways of working that let creative teams move fast without the wheels coming off. On June 23rd he'll walk through how they built it.
