The successful conclusion of the negotiations on the #EFTA–Vietnam Free Trade Agreement marks an important step forward for #Switzerland and #Vietnam. Its full potential will be realized through global leadership that nurtures a culture of collaboration, strengthens trust-based partnerships, and inspires long-term commitment. In our interconnected world, global leadership must also take on a broader meaning: harnessing the power of diversity as a source of collective intelligence and innovation. Without such a leadership understanding, we risk falling back into the patterns of the past. Leadership today is therefore not only about advancing the interests of one’s own organization or country. It is about cultivating a culture of collaboration in which progress is shared and well-being leaves no one behind. That needs to be our North Star. Every leader can contribute to this vision. Forums such as #SVEF play an important role by bringing together key people who are willing to build this shared future.
