Today, she's Category Marketing Director for Motors at OLX, leading 25 marketers across 4 countries. What separated her from people who plateau? "I've never chased a title. I've shown up every day solving customer problems. And I've never believed in saying, 'That's not my job.'" That ownership mindset took her from data entry to Director. At 28, she survived cancer. It changed how she sees growth. "My mom said, 'That's why they call them growing pains — they're uncomfortable.' That discomfort is just the feeling of your capacity expanding."
