Grateful for another summer at the Harvard Medical School Ocular Genomics Institute! This summer was especially impactful because I got to refine my computational research skills and revise my academic year project of benchmarking Single-cell RNA data integration methods through identifying and comparing organotypic signatures in human arterial tissues. I also got to attend the Harvard Ophthalmology Alumni reunion events and network with so many amazing people, which I enjoyed. I am especially grateful for my extremely supportive PI and mentor, Dr.Ayellet Segrè,and all the Segrè lab members, and also to HuBMAP for this wonderful opportunity. I can’t even call it a dream come true, because I would have never dreamed of something this huge. I thank God most of all for leading me here.
