Two weeks ago, I watched my daughter graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class and my heart is still full of gratitude. As a working mum, building a career while raising children hasn’t always been easy. There were long days at work, late nights, and moments when the guilt of not being fully present tugged at my heart. During the most demanding seasons of my career, she stood in the gap, she was often lovingly called the “deputy parent" a title she earned with strength and maturity. Through it all, she stayed focused and worked hard toward her own goals. I am so proud that in the end, she achieved something truly remarkable. To my daughter, you’ve made me a better parent, and a more grounded professional. As you step into your future, know that the same strength and grace you've shown will carry you far.
